How it works, straight talk
Departure around 8:00 from your riad, arrival in Marrakech before the heat. The day is yours: Jemaa el-Fna square, the souks, Bahia Palace, Ben Youssef Madrasa, the Majorelle Garden (entry tickets not included, ~10–15€ each) — your driver waits at each stop and a licensed guide can walk you through the medina for 2–3h (+40–60€).
On the road back, photo stops at the argan-goat trees and a women's cooperative if you haven't done the valley tour. Return to Essaouira around 19:00–20:00. For 1–4 people a comfortable sedan or SUV; for 5–8, a minivan. Prices are per vehicle — split between friends, it's often cheaper than the bus tour.

Is one day enough for Marrakech?
For the essentials, yes — with a private driver you skip all wasted time: Jemaa el-Fna, souks, one palace, the Madrasa and Majorelle fit comfortably. It's a full day (11–12h) but with air-conditioned breaks between stops.
Is the price really per vehicle?
Yes: 140–180€ covers the whole vehicle (up to 4 people). A family of four pays ~40€ each for a private day trip — often less than the shared bus once you count the forced shop stops.
Do I need a guide in Marrakech?
Not mandatory, but strongly recommended for the first visit: the medina is a labyrinth and a licensed guide (40–60€/group for 2–3h) saves hours and keeps the hassle away.
Can we leave later or come back earlier?
It's your vehicle — the schedule is yours. The classic is 8:00–19:30, but we build it around your plans.
